some of it is they can't miss. There have also been some fairly easy baskets.

The golden state ball movement right now is like nothing I've ever seen. They've taken themselves to another level this half

We need to force GS into more half court sets when we're on defense. They're getting too many easy looks in both semi and full transition.

Part of that is protecting the ball, part of it is getting back after a make and not being lazy.

Good finish to the half by James. Cut down turnovers and get a rebound for a change and we have a chance. Hanging on for dear life which is what it usually feels like against these guys.

Turnovers and boards are where we've been terrible. Overall defense beyond the few transition sequences where nobody got back has been okay

I'll take 9. They heated up in the second quarter and we weathered the storm. The difference in this game, other than Harden being injured early, ultimately comes down to effort. You cannot give them 14 extra possessions and easy put backs at that. Gotta dig deep next half and out hustle them.

In 5 minutes, he grabbed an offensive rebound and has an assist. If he can get rebounds and play solid defense, I'll take it. He will be productive inside the paint and right now is more physical than Capela.
