Give a ton of credit to Daryl Morey and math guys because we're winning thoroughly on that front. Even though they have better shooters and players, we give our guys the ultimate green light and outshoot them by 3 by 11 attempts tonight. Even though neither team shot it well from 3, the points per possession from the makes won us this game. In fact I've noticed that overall in this playoffs, the team that takes more attempts (not even makes) from 3 is almost always the winner.

Additionally, the best 3 point defense has been shown over and over to be preventing the 3 from going up in the first place. Klay is shooting well from 3 this series but just doesn't have many attempts so it limits the damage because of defensive scheme. Durant, for all the credit he gets as a genius, always takes a few steps inside the arc for some reason and makes most of his shots wildly inefficient.

I don't think we've figured out this game like we have baseball. But I like knowing the Rockets are the forefront of figuring it out.

Yeah, I expect prices to stay high for this one. First two games prices were actually relatively good priced (get ins for $135-175), but now everyone will be on the bandwagon and not a lot of people selling.

On the last play, why weren't our defenders ALL posted up outside the 3 point line? Why even follow a defender inside the arc?

I hope iguodala misses the rest of this series.

The warriors have been extremely fortunate with injuries and I'm not talking about on their own team, but their opponents usually have really good players hurt when they play golden state.

I'm not kidding. Look it up. The first title that GSW got, I think each team had their best player or second best player hurt in every round of their playoff run.

And nobody will forget the western conference finals last year, the spurs were dominating golden state until pachulia hurt kawhi Leonard. That was probably going to be a good, hard fought series like this one is and instead it ended up being a boring azz sweep.

Looking at the box score this morning...Capela only played 23 minutes. Very interesting.

He doesn't match up well in this series, they are roasting him when he gets matched up with Curry or KD

Right. But before the series started we thought he would be a key piece of defending the rim. Also interesting to remember this come this summer if he signs elsewhere.
