I can't help but root for the Raptors. Lowry and Scola were on those Rocket teams who played their asses off, but came up just short. I will always root for those guys, so GO RAPTORS!!

Pacers are my East team, but I wouldn't mind TOR moving on. Think they have the best shot to knock off CLE. Plus, they have no playoff success to speak of, so it'd be cool to see them move on.

Pretty competitive game so far.

Paul George had a hell of a 2nd half! Happy to see him back in the playoffs. Also Myles Turner is a great young player

In the west, teams 5-8, or at least 6-8, are all not good, and each series is going to be the same 4 or 5 game steamroller treatment.

As a Spurs fan, I love watching GS. Steph is an amazing player and seems like a genuinely good dude. Plus, Steve Kerr won two titles with SA as a player. He still gets ovations when he's introduced in SA.

Maybe some Spurs fans hate GS, but I ain't one of 'em.

Yeah I legit hated the lakers and the lebron heat.

Want to beat GS desperately, but if we lose it won't leave quite the same galling taste in my mouth lol.

As a spurs fan, I like watching gsw for the same reason I love the spurs. They move without the ball; they play unselfish basketball. It's how the game should be played and it's fun to watch.

Regularly, taking three pointers a few feet inside the half court line 5 seconds into the shot clock is the most selfish basketball. He's garbage.

Draymond Green whined like a gigantic baby yesterday when he was called for a foul after throwing D Mo down on the court. It was so obviously a foul that I have a hard time understanding how he was even arguing it.

The only other thing that was irritating is how many moving screens they were getting away with, and the fact that their entire fanbase is comprised of a bunch of rich, white people who didn't know about basketball until 2014. Their arena looked like it was hosting a Coldplay concert or Investment Banking seminar.

Other than that I can't find much fault with Curry, Thompson, Iguodala, etc. They're a pretty likable team for me. Much like the Spurs and Celtics.

The average margin of victory for game 1 in the western conference was 29.

And that is pretty much who these teams are.

That number won't hold serve, but it'll certainly stay double digits, and it might be 15+, which would definitely set a record.

I don't see the rockets or the grizz winning a game. Not sure about the mavs. And Portland may win 1 just because the clippers are hotheaded. Also, one game in and four sweeps is as likely as two.

Haven't seen too many FT airballs that were to the side of the rim...yikes.

Hopefully a couple of these first-round series will be interesting...Boston's chances against Atlanta took a big hit with Avery Bradley's injury.

Hey Damian, we are putting together some of the least likable NBA players we can find, we are particularly looking for a crybaby type as we have the best flopper we could find, the most profane player we could find, and a guy known for not keeping his word on a contract.

We feel like this best represents a trusted insurance company.

Spurs-Grizzlies Game 1 was top playoff opener on cable.

So Boston outscored Atlanta 4 to 3 in the last 6 minutes of the first quarter and trails 24 to 7.

Curry had an MRI today that showed what is being described as nothing serious / no damage. Leads me to believe we won't see him until the Clippers series, unless Houston can win 2 games.
