Agreed but my guess is plenty of folks here will defend him because he a) played for A&M, b) is screwing over the hated Mavs, or c) both. Any other set of circumstances and he'd be unanimously criticized.

The only think from this I can't figure out is where Jordan's agent is. Talk about looking like an ass.

ESPN is saying that the agent isn't in the house, and that the agent must sign the contract as well. So either deandre lets his agent in on whatever he has planned, or he signs without his agent and risks getting sued for breaching his player/agent contract. The whole thing is freaking bizarre
quote:The thing is an agent, bottom line, has to do what his client wants, which means, even though he probably doesn't agree with it, he'll end up signing the contract. I'm sure they'll fax it to him. Then sometime over the summer, Jordan will quietly switch agents, allowing Fegen to save some face.quote:quote:His agent was frozen out. However, I'm guessing Cuban will be leery of ever signing another Fegen guy again.

I'm guessing his name is pretty tainted in NBA circles right now.quote:Jordan cost this guy more than just Cuban...quote:The thing is an agent, bottom line, has to do what his client wants, which means, even though he probably doesn't agree with it, he'll end up signing the contract.
