I agree that he deserves it, but I just don't see it happening in today's NBA. Wouldn't it be fun and awkward to see the presentation of the MVP trophy to Lebron after GS gets the LOB trophy?

For those that are wondering, Jerry West is the only player to win the Finals MVP on a losing team. It was also the first year that the Finals MVP existed.

Such a fun series! I'm cool with either team winning truthfully, but I think I am slightly pulling for GS. Getting Shaun Livingston a ring after that mortifying injury back when he played for the Clippers makes me extremely happy for the guy. Also, Steph Curry is one of my favorite players to watch. Lebron would get my vote for Finals MVP. He has been insane!

Yeah I'm still bewildered as to why he didn't use the same mozgov that destroyed GSW in game 4. Maybe mozgov banged lebrons mom that night.

Mozgov had good numbers, but don't forget that the Cavs got run over in that game. Mozgov's numbers came because he's playing against a SF, but he's also playing against a SF on the other end. The Warriors were outrunning the Cavs down the floor and smoking them on pick and rolls all night by going small. Now, I think a lot of that was pure exhaustion.

What the Cavs really need is for SOMEONE to make a damn screen or cut off the ball when Lebron is posting up against Iguodala. Mozgov is about the only one who ever does. Half the time there are three guys hanging out in the opposite corner and one on the wing... no spacing at all, just nine sets of eyes watching Lebron get more and more tired against one of the few guys in the league who can more or less hold his own.

This should be fun to watch, folks. LeBron letting GSW know he ain't done yet

Yes it was club 42, but his list applied to anyone who had played a minimum of 13 playoff games, not just a finals thing. Lebron is still killing it at 49.2 this year. Crazy numbers.

He's getting triple teamed and hacked like a pine at a lumberjack challenge every time he touches the ball because Golden State would rather put multiple defenders on James and leave JR Smith and co. wide freaking open to do whatever they want than let James have 1 on 1 matchups. Worse, his teammates are letting him down so badly that his bad shots are still the best option (better than passing it to Smith so he can brick another 3). It's honestly a miracle he's shooting 40%.

lebron's game 5 was similar to that game 6 in boston and they still lost game 5. he's probably going to have to drop 50

It all depends which warriors team shows up: The team that went about 79-18 (in which case Lebron wont be able to make the difference) or the one that showed up to the first 3 games of this series (in which case the cavs have a prayer if Lebron continues to stay in zombie beast mode).

The Cavs announcer is horrible
