Hope I'm wrong. If anything, the Cavs stealing game 1 would at least amp up the drama on if it can be a real series or not.

I don't think swept, but the Warriors are the far superior team. I'm not buying Kyrie being anywhere near healthy. That being said, the 9 days to get Klay cleared might have also allowed Lebron to rest his legs and ailing injuries too. Wouldn't be surprised if he shoots better from the perimeter.

He's going to need Smith and Shumpert to be lights out from the perimeter for the Cavs to have a chance IMO. If LBJ won the finals this year, it would be incredibly impressive, even with the relatively weak Eastern Conference run to get there...the Warriors have been the clear best team in the league all year, and have the MVP.

I do not get the Warriors love and statements that thhis series is a possible sweep and a definite Warriors win.. The Rockets(I am a die hard fan) werean extremely flawed team and EASILY could have been up 3-2 after their 5 games, including could/should have won all 3 at Oracle. If Harden is even average in game 5 they win it. And the first 2 games were decided by 5 points.

And that Rockets team was just not very good without Bev and D Mo.

Things Cavs do way better than Rockets:

-Defend permimeter (Shumpert/Delly/Lebron >>>> Terry/Prig/ Harden)
-Offensive rebound(Rockets got destroyed by warriors on the boards outside of Howard)
- They dont have idiots that try to do too much. This is huge to me. Josh smith single handedly lost game 2. Howard took so many stupid shots down low just because he had the ball. No one on the Cavs does that.
-The Cavs have Lebron James

I think the Warriors should definitely be favored, no doubt. But I dont get how its over already to most of the media. If Kyrie is healthy, I think the Cavs have a VERY real chance.

Agree. Also something to be said about the Finals experience that the Cavs, well LeBron, has. Will also be interesting to see how Klay plays. He really hasn't been up to his standards in the playoffs this year.

It just doesn't sound like Kyrie has much to give. Maybe he's completely dogging it and playing possum, but it might exclusively be Lebron and a bunch of mid-level guys

You realize this has been like the entire theme of the Kyrie Irving career to this point right?

I'll never TOTALLY discount a Lebron James team but the Warriors dominated the supposed gauntlet of the Western Conference all year.

Lastly, let's not play 'the Rockets series was close!' stuff... it wasn't. They had a 35 point and 14 point win in there for crying out loud. Warriors dominated. Rockets had a really nice team... maybe were a bit better w/ Beverley and Montajunas... but both of those guys are pretty much replacement level guys still. They weren't missing that much.
