Watching these guys play this year, I see similarities with both.

Haven't looked up stats to match(although Winslow and okafor only have frosh seasons to look at) but both of these guys remind me of harden and Duncan.

Winslow forces the pace, can score with both hands, shoot it deep, has a knack for the clutch shot, left handed, Bulls his way into the lane right at the body of shot blockers and can make great passes in any situation.

Okafor is a big man who needs to fill out, but he has all the fundamentals. All of em. He can face up and knock down a shot, he can score moving from both sides, uses the glass well, plays within his offense and doesn't force the ball, and he understands angles and how to use his size and wingspan.

Thoughts on these comparisons? How right or wrong am I?

Thought the same thing when watching Winslow, Bunk. Okafor is some sort of Griffin/Duncan hybrid. I think it will depend on what team drafts and how he grows with that organization.

Okafor reminds me more of Al Jefferson or a healthy Brook Lopez.

He needs to come out with shoes as good as Al's a while back.

Keeping in mind that predicting who will be good at the next level is a bit of a crapshoot:

I haven't watched him a lot, but Okafor looks a little stiff to me. He seems to hustle and care so I'm sure he'll be fine, but he can look pretty slow and uncertain against good post defense. Some of that may be that he hasn't had a chance to develop a wide variety of post moves.

Winslow looks good to me. He's got all the physical tools, the mindset, and the coordination/skill/effort. My main concern with him is that he will be too assertive on offense and force a lot of bad shots against the higher caliber NBA defenses.

Interesting... I think Okafor looks like the best big man prospect since Anthony Davis. Covers a ton of ground defensively, has great speed and moves in the post and plays very powerfully. Has cartoonishly large hands too.

I don't know if anybody is the next Duncan. He plays the game so differently than everyone else.

I've only watched him a couple times this year, so I may have just caught some off nights.

Was gonna say the same thing. Even if they cloned Tim Duncan and he was coming out of school at 22, that guy wouldn't be the next Tim Duncan. Duncan's the perfect combo and nature and nurture.

I agree with this, but also agree with the Winslow/Harden comparison however I think Winslow is even more athletic than Harden.

I suppose, but I think a lot of folks either dont' remember, or were too young to remember Duncan at Wake.

Okafor more than any other prospect reminds me exactly of him, mostly due to his very sound fundamentals, quick first step, length, and they both so comfortably are able to go to work on their defender, with the full arsenal of weapons.
