I've been keeping up with him lightly through the Bucks box scores. I've noticed he's been steadily improving. This article really puts things into perspective. He's actually having a very good year. I'm not sure what his current contract is. I would think he's going to seriously get paid when it's time for a new deal.

He's been great this year. He will definitely get paid. He's still young and this contract will have him going until his prime. There's some talk of him even getting a max but I'm guessing he won't get a max. I'm guessing something like 4 years/48 million.

I knew someone would lol at the statement. But it's true. I'm sure you haven't followed him much at all. But if you do more than just listen to espn talking heads, you would realize its true. Trading knight was supposedly in large part to make sure the bucks had room to sign Middleton. He's better and younger than parsons, so it's not crazy to think he will get as much or more. I don't think he will get a max, but he will make a ton. And as already mentioned, a max next year really isn't even like a max bc of the cap jump the next year.

I can't believe how good he's become. Watching him in college, I never thought he'd be more than a bench role player at best in nba.
