I didn't listen to the speech, but he was a giant tool back in the day. Everything always revolved around race with him, even claimed racism when he was fired, then sued the university.

I played football against Nolan in high school. He was always complaining about something on every play. He is a complete and total jerk. Always has been and always will be.

I think he put too much emphasis on the academics...a 0% graduation rate takes some work!
