Exactly what I was worried about. Impossible to match this energy when the sense of urgency is just not on the same level. You can try to turn it into a huge game for the Spurs however you want but it isn't a do or die situation like it is for New Orleans.

On the bright side, we won't have the win streak over our heads going into the playoffs, and we'll probably play with more urgency.
The physicality is just unmatched right now. Spurs aren't playing horribly or anything. Officials are letting them play and the Spurs haven't matched that physicality. Spurs need to adjust but ithey put themselves in a hole that they might not be able to overcome.

New Orleans is shooting over 65% and is 3-4 from three. They won't sustain that kind of shooting.

If anyone can do it, it's the Spurs, but I agree. Going through LA, Houston and GS on the road is a monumental task. The Finals would be a breeze compared to that.
We're shooting 58% and getting blown out. That doesn't happen very often.
Good news is that if we tighten up the defense a bit (and we can do that), we can get back into this game in a hurry.
