I think he was trying to say that he has more wins than anyone else that has played in 1000 games.

Yep, I think I misinterpreted his post. On the same page now.

Up 52-40 at half.

That second unit of Joseph-Manu-Marco-Diaw-Baynes is KILLING it. Starters struggling. Not even sure why Timmy is even playing this game tbqh.

When Diaw is on, it's really awesome to watch him play.

At the Orlando game right now. This line-up in the 4th is almost comical. Very limited minutes for Timmy. Orlando has three bright spots, and I think I would rather have Vucevic than Splitter.

1 win from 50

Rockets are actually in a close one at half against the Kings right now and we need to be rooting for the Trail blazers to upset the Clippers tonight. Those two games would be glorious

Every player that entered the game scored tonight. Excellent game by the bench.

Spurs bench finished with 69 is my math is right. That's encouraging.

All this team needs to get back to last year's level is for Mills to step his game up or for CoJo to up his.

This year was a bit of a struggle. The Spurs had a hard time putting it together. There were times during the middle of the season that it was a question whether the Spurs would even make the playoffs. 50 wins seemed like a 50/50 shot at best until late March. The competition is tough. Most games are battles and any game can turn out to be a loss as we saw against the lowly Knicks.

It's not easy to go 82 games without an extended slump that drops you out of the playoffs. They lost back to back heartbreaking triple overtime games. There was a four-game losing streak. Through most of the season they were missing somewhere between 2 and 5 important players to injury. After all the struggle, the Spurs got it together to win 14 of 17 games and appear poised to cruise into the playoffs with with more than 50 wins and the possibility of a top-4 seed still in play.

And the Duncan-led Spurs have done it for 18 consecutive years. The last time they missed the playoffs or won less than 50 games, no one had heard of Hanson.

Well unfortunately both the Kings and the Blazers blew it last night. But we are still just 2 games out of the 2 seed!

It seems as though we may be looking at a competitive game on the spurs end tonight against the Warriors.

Rockets are on the road against the Mavericks tonight in the second night of a back to back after a tough game against the Kings. Good chance to gain a half-game on the Rockets and get 1 game closer in the loss column.

Don't forget that the mavs are also coming off a very tough game last night against a much better opponent in the Thunder. I can't even cheer for that Dallas team, so ill just cheer for the Rockets to lose

Just looking at the box scores. Harden had 51 pts and Cousins had a triple double with 24/21/10. IN the Mavs-Thunder game OKC had 3 players with 30 pts or more and the Mavs had 7 players in double figures. Some ridiculous stat lines.

Not just this run...the Spurs have only missed the playoffs 5 times in the entire history of the team, including the ABA years.

One of those times got us Robinson and another got us Duncan...

You know you've done well when your worst lottery pick is Sean Elliot.

Haha yeah. I love the fact that we have made the playoffs 25 out of the last 26 seasons and the one time we didn't we landed Tim Duncan. Just incredible luck.

We held out Dwight last night so that we could have him tonight against the Mavs. McHale doesn't want him playing in back-to-backs, so hopefully he will clog up the paint and make more of an impact on the defensive end, which is something that we did not have last night, as evidenced by DeMarcus Cousins' ridiculous stat sheet

This really blew my mind as I've never thought about Duncan's career like this:

Duncan has completed 17 NBA seasons dating back to his rookie season of 97-98.

He has been to the playoffs 17/17 = 100% of his NBA seasons.
He has been to the Western Conference Finals 8/17 = 47% of his NBA seasons.
He has been to the NBA Finals 6/17 = 35% of his NBA seasons.
He has won the NBA Championship 5/17 = 29% of his NBA seasons.

This also applies to Pop. The only difference being that Pop coached a partial season in 96-97 before Duncan arrived.
