admittedly a game against Kairat is not an ideal barometer but I've mentioned this in the past and we saw some of the fruits yesterday...... We should be running a 4-4-2 with VG as ST & Kai as SS.
ST
- VG is strong, quick in tight spaces, has a rocket shot and if he can fix his first touch he could be deadly
- Marti would make the perfect "change of pace", "run in from behind" backup
- Havertz can also play the ST role in a pinch
SS
- Personally believe this is the 100% ideal role for Havertz & Jesus. They can effectively play a False 9 role without sacrificing a ST in the box and as they drop back they double as the 3rd MF
- MO & Eze can slide into this spot as well to have a little more 4-2-3-1 look
- Merino may work as a solid SS as well
W
- Leave everything as is. Plan to replace Trossard in the summer.
- Marti gets minutes at both ST & LW until he proves to be ideal for one or we find better options at both/either
CM
- Rotate Rice, Zubi, MO & Merino based on game needs
- Start training up MLS to replace Merino
ST

Also a probability that if we get to League Cup final and face them in QF, we will play City 4 times in 4 weeks. The last 3 of those in a span of about 11 days

Try the NBC Sports app but you need a subscription that includes USA or the Spanish version, I think. They don't put every game on Peacock

All cable providers have an app these days.

Thanks for everyone's help. Can't run our cable provider's app on FireTV, but I got it running on an IPad. I've had a USA Network app for years, but it is no longer valid on my Firestick and Amazon app store says it's not available in the United States. Literally the only thing I can't stream on an app now.
