Liverpool scored and immediately fell back into a shell and paid the price for it. Gave a dumb penalty away at the very end for City to win.

I'll also add that PGMOL was very favorable to City today. That penalty isn't given to most teams and Guehi should have been sent off

What a choke by Liverpool

Penalty rules in soccer are ******ed. There was zero chance he would have controlled that ball before going out of bounds if the goalie didn't take him out.

Haaland is such a dork

If we don't close the deal, today will go down as the day City won it. It's gonna be stressful.

Pathetic from Liverpool after going ahead.

Some of you can tie yourself in knots entirely too easy.

I apologize for commenting about a potential huge swing in the title race. And for judging the way Liverpool threw that away. And not running my post by you first.

Cheers.

It's just silly. Soccer commentary makes it seem like every result is the crucial turn that will decide the end of the season. We're exactly where we started the weekend except one game closer and the margin for Man City got smaller.

Man City is the same team that tied Spurs last week and nobody was claiming it was the game that would be the turning point when we won the league. Man City can't afford to drop any points right now in the next 13. Do you feel like they are going to win 14 in a row? I don't think there is any evidence to support that happening.

They beat a mediocre Liverpool team. We're in the driver's seats. Enjoy it.

My only concern is that we have a marginally harder schedule left. City's hardest games are Villa, Chelsea and us. We have City, Chelsea and Tottenham. But we also have some tough road matches left as well.

If we can beat Brentford (A) this week which is a really tough game and then Wolves away, we will have 9 point lead albeit with a game in hand. That will put even more pressure on City.

Champions win games. That's the task in front of us. And it's an amazing opportunity. Lets ****ing finish this

Thank you.

In my opinion, Man City have one more draw in their schedule, at the very least. That means we'd have to lose three matches in our next 13 EPL to fall behind them in points. If that happens, it's not because City beat a mediocre Liverpool with a questionable PK and game strategy.

We're a good team that has played really well for most of the season. I have no idea what will happen but I know who I would bet on based on this season.
