LOL. I always chuckle at these comments, especially when the winning team. This is a good referee. He's working in the NCAA tournament and there are certain qualifications needed before you even get to this type of assignment. Any referee has to have officiated a minimum number of Division 1 games during that season before they are in the pool for an NCAA tournament game. And that minimum number of games is more than any games you've officiated at the Div. 1 college level. Cmon man, just enjoy the game. We won. On a lucky @$$ goal too.

I did enjoy the win. I didn't say the officials were biased or against us. Missing a throw in where the girl lands 2 feet over the line. The 20'plus penalties isn't letting them play. It was wildly inconsistent. The ncaa is garbage to think they can pick good anything is crazy

And that was the craziest goal I've ever seen at Ellis field

Dude, we get it' you're the cool soccer guy that has to show off your immense soccer knowledge. So he said "penalties" instead of "fouls" - of which there 22 and 3 yellow cards and his point was valid. Of course you knew that.

It was a nice win on a miserable weather night with misty rain. That goal was one of the craziest I've ever seen at Ellis for sure. Yes it was lucky but A&M deserved to finally have a ball bounce our way. We should have scored at least 2 more goals but as usual couldn't finish in front of goal. Caldwell really weathered the storm early in the match because Colorado had the run of play and momentum with several dangerous shots that she deflected away. Caldwell's improved play here at the end of her career has propelled A&M into the 2nd round of the tournament. Mia Pante was really good throughout the match and was the MVP.

Florida St is not the same team we played in August. They are full strength (mostly) and dangerous from anywhere around the box offensively. A&M will probably need to score 2 goals to get it to PKs. And the backline and Caldwell will have to play their best games of the season to have a chance. It would be a perfect time for this program to pull off a great upset and advance to the Sweet 16.
