Huge rebound

They played fast and hard. A very different look and feel from Thursday night.

I know they were not happy about Thursday, so it is good to see them rebound with this game.

Great win. This team is a head scratcher.

A wonderful comeback after Thursday. Mia Pante was all over the field. After the first practice in August Kenna Caldwell was interviewed and said she knew several of the Alabama players and wanted to "destroy" Alabama this year. As a bonus to the win I had a chance to visit with Allie Bailey and Haley Pounds after the game. They were in town for the weekend.

That was a DIFFERENT team out there tonight.

Another in the list of Aggie Who's Whos at the game tonight was Ashlee Pistorius who spoke to the team before the game. As one of the best scorers A&M has had, she may have helped spark something there.

That was a great win tonight. A&M's best of the season by far. That second half was what many of us expected from this group before the season. The passing through the midfield on the goals was just beautiful touch passing from Beccera and Hayes that set up the goals. If we can do this going forward we have a chance to finish the season strong. It was great to see the team respond after one of the worst performances in program history against Vandy. Mia Pante was at her best and Taylor Pounds had a strong game, which was nice to see. The finishing on the goals was really good and calmly taken. Let's hope this carries over to our final games of the season.

It appeared that Taylor was instructed to push forward at all costs. I've never seen her making so many runs into the opposition's penalty box. It was terrific to see!

Especially impressive that after that demoralizing lost, we went down early and still had the fortitude to fight back. It could've snowballed the other way. The ladies played with determination. And ditto on your comments about individual players. There was a lot of effort out there. But holy cow, how good was Mia last night??

RPI is up on ncaa.com and we are at 52. Chris Henderson of All White Kit put out his first NCAA Tournament projection and he projects us to be in the field. The school to the west has an RPI of 50 and Chris Henderson has them out.

Calzada return was HUGE!

This was the team we expected to see this year. Finishing has been an issue and we seemed to have figured it out through better possession and ball movement. Pante played her best game of the season. We did better getting the midfield more involved and it made a big difference in our attack. Hopefully we continue to build on tonight's game and finish strong.

Big win yesterday, we have got to build off of that and get more consistent results!

The goal was created when she was disposed of the ball at the edge of our box. Forward picked her pocket, crossed the ball and they scored. Goal was pretty clearly her fault, I am sure she would own that.

Otherwise she played well, good to have her back.

Thanks, Aston and mookie! All I remember was a 3 figure scrum on the turf in front of the goal.

The Alabama player some how was able to put the ball in for a goal!

Nice team effort got the win!
