OK but the coach and the majority of the coaching staff is Portuguese? And there isn't an Iranian on the coaching staff.

Depends on the rules of competition how they want to handle card accumulation. Two had been standard for a while. IMHO it should be 3. Two in 6 games is not much. Make it 3 and tell refs to feel free to hand them out. Orsato gave 6 in the opening match and that was about right.

This looks like a club game where the team down 3 knows they are getting beat and it's just a matter of by how many. Everyone is standing and England is just passing the ball around the back like the coach told them "touch it 20 times before you score".
