Some of it is on the players for not performing well enough, but I just dont really get what our 'system' is trying to accomplish. It seems like a lot of possession with no purpose or intent.
Then we are playing 3 central mids, who while they are good players, none of them are creative in the attack.

We can't do anything but hoof the ball long with direct play and that puts a lot on the CFs, in my opinion. There is no movement or build up. It's just stand around and let the CBs play the ball back and forth and no one else do a *********thing.

Dike has been worthless. I remember one long ball that he headed to teammate. Every other time has been a negative play. I'd be shocked if he starts the second half.

Having been out on vacation with no TV this is my first look at this squad. Meh. It's a B team and I haven't missed anything.
I'd probably bring Zardes in for Dike.
Id also probably sub off Arriola, then either id bring on Roldan for him, or maybe Williamson and push Lletget out wide.
