I'd like to see them review what that Mexican player did before the stoppage in play.

The Mexican player had a heavy touch forward and was fouled after that.

I think there were two separate plays.

The first replay clearly showed Canadian player making clean tackle. And the second tackle was a hack.

I didn't think it warranted a pk for that reason, there was no way the Mexican could have done anything, he was never coming close to that ball after it was poked away (the poke wasn't a foul). The Mexican LOST the ball and got a pk out of it...
