Yea No Son, no Kane, no Ericson, and an injured Ali. No chance.


So what now? Beat Norwich City and hope for a favorable QR draw in the FA Cup? If they can get by the next two rounds they may have both Kane and Son back for the semis.

Stay in 5th? Thats going to be REAL tough with ManU sitting two points back.

That was just the first leg. Obviously not an ideal situation, but Leipzig only ahead on aggregate by 1 goal and just the 1 away goal.

I really thought we did the gameplan........the Davies error was just a really bad decision and liekly on very tired legs that were not 2 match in a week ready......we were really getting the better of them late in the game and surprised we didnt find the net.

I agree, we nearly avoided giving up an away goal. Also missed some chances to score ourselves, but that's more understandable giving that the team is trying to adapt to no Son nor Kane. This is a great opportunity for someone else on the team to step up, and I hope it happens tomorrow versus Chelsea.

Is the game plan to be on the back foot for 75% of the match? If you focus solely on defense and have a mediocre midfield, goals and mistakes are bound to happen. We're lucky there weren't more goals scored against us

Tanganga and Sanchez have been good and that's about it

Am I the only one who thinks Lo Celso shouldn't have been a red and was correctly reviewed?

Without Son or Kane, I just don't see spurs making top 6, let alone top 4. This is outstandingly bad luck. From there we have to hope that the name Mourinho can attract top talent (and keep current players from leaving) since we won't have European contests next season.

Also it's time to call Parrott up. It might be a trial by fire, but we need someone who is an actual striker out front.
