It's Thursday night, which means it's soccer night in the SEC. Texas A&M travels to Tuscaloosa for tonight's tilt. The Aggies kickoff against Alabama at 6PM tonight live on the SEC Network.

The Crimson Tide are 7-7-2 on the season with a 1-5-1 mark in conference play. The lone conference win was a 4-3 result against a UK team that is still winless in SEC play. The tie came last Sunday against Florida.

Alabama has been outscored in conference play by a total of 8-15. A couple of weeks ago, Alabama allowed Mississippi State to score the most goals they've ever scored in conference play (5). Those jerks. Alabama has also been shutout in 4 of their 7 conference matches.

A couple of individual players stand out on the stat sheet for Alabama. Sophomore Casey Wertz (#12) has a team high 8 goals on the season. Senior Abbie Boswell has 3 goals along with a team high 6 assists.

Texas A&M is 7-2 all-time against Alabama.

Bottom line: This Alabama team is not good. This should be a chance to pile on some goals and get a lot of players some PT.

Love the pitch and I am sure all 20 fans do as well

It's like each player assumes they can take the night off because the other 10 players will do enough to beat Alabama. But when every player is playing that way we get a pretty poor performance. We're getting beaten to the ball all over the field and no one wants to attack the goal.

I feel like at least the first one has been used in several commercials
