The handball knocked the ball off its path and kept it from traveling across the box in a dangerous position. His hand was stretched out as well, you have to give the PK.

This is why they need to really have a clock ref that stops the clock for anything approaching a minute or longer delay.
Vida has had a bad 15 mins. Misplay led to the corner with the handball and just missed an open header.
Should have been 5 here. They always hesitate to do long stoppage in first half which is ridiculous.
I'm always amazed what terrible balance world class athletes have. A little tug and they can't even stay standing.
