Swiss are attacking way more than Iceland. And their fouls seem way dirtier than Iceland's to me.La Bamba said:
Gotta hand it to the Swiss. They're stout defensively. Will this game be a mirror of Argentina-Iceland

I've got no dogs in the La Liga fight, and I wanted the Swiss to win (initially), but man, that ref let the Swiss maul Neymar.
Guessing you don't watch the NBA anymore. Or even the NFL where every DB and WR is acting now.texagbeliever said:JJxvi said:
As opposed to all the other manly sports allow you to slap opponents in the face? Or are we talking about a different one?
It's a foul sure but no grown man is clutching his face after that little contact.

That being said, I despise flopping and I think of those people the same way.
Not really. Germany obviously sputtered. Spain has looked meh, but have 4 points. Argentina is trash, which is ridiculous with that lineup. Brazil has also looked meh. France has 6 points, but haven't looked exceptional, given their first two opponents. This has been the craziest first week of a WC that I can remember.Brian Earl Spilner said:
Haven't watched highlights yet, but have any of the traditional powers looked scary this year? All look beatable. Brazil still at 0-0 with Costa Rica at HT.
Belgium has looked the best to me...they have the talent if they can put it together when it mattersAustinAg2012 said:Not really. Germany obviously sputtered. Spain has looked meh, but have 4 points. Agreed. And Croatia... I guess I don't consider them "traditional" powers, though.gougler08 said:Belgium has looked the best to me...they have the talent if they can put it together when it mattersAustinAg2012 said:Not really.
