Alright y'all were only a few weeks away from kickoff of the World Cup is Americans want to forget.

FIFA has a bracket challenge on their website and I damn well think we need a Texags Bracket. I haven't used this before so I apologize if this doesn't work but I'm sure we can figure it out as others sign up.

I have them advancing out of group but losing to Spain. I did hesitate for a second or two before clicking Spain though.

They're lucky they are in a pretty mild group because they looked awful on Wednesday against Belgium. No cohesion and they're toothless without Salah. Granted Saudi Arabia and Russia don't look good either so if Salah does come back they'll do exactly what you think.

Saw that. They did play Colombia to a 0-0 draw a few days earlier, so there is that.

Their group draw set them up for a longer run than they probably will deserve, but their margin of error is really small - a draw or loss vs Russia or SA and they won't advance. Hopefully Mo will be fit for their opening match vs Uruguay, but they really need to get 4 or more points from the last two of their group stage matches and hope that Uruguay runs the table (which they should).
