So how did you do this week? Let's look at the graph.



Anyone have a clue what that means? I don't. I'm not going to post this graph anymore. It's too cluttered.

So on the weekly standings, Jeffk did the best out of us for the first time since Week 2. Redd, well, he's the only one who would have been better off just watching the games instead of betting. Tech and Arizona were his downfall.

Let's look at a graph I can understand, the overall standings.



Redd is the only one who should have never thought about playing this game. Pro Sandy on the other hand is clearly a genius, waiting until the right moment the climb above the had you not bet line.

CDub crossed the century make into the Century Club, joining jeffk, redd, and mid90 as the only elite members of that club this season.

Jeffk climbed up to 77, trying again for the overall lead. His previous best is 22nd place in week 2. The best for the thread though is redd, who climbed to 10th in week 7.

Though for perspective, the first place holder, TheMustangTelsa has $1,021,521. The best on this thread is jeffk at $190,419. This week I made $37,082, which was also the annual income I made in 2006 as a first year teacher.

There's a lesson in all of this, but I have no clue what it is.

At the beginning of the week, I like to put large sums on losers against big teams. Since the amount waged is still small, I can sway the odds.

Right now, Duke (7-1) is a 1:1.5 underdog to Syracuse(3-6). Before I bet, they were a 357:1 favorites.

So Auburn is opening at 26.5:1 favorites over A&M. Anyone want to take an over/under at 15:1 when betting closes?

The faithful are quite faithless. I'd take the over on this one...

Ouch, in Vegas they opened 14.5 favorites then grew to 20.5

Auburn will hang 60 on us.
