Howdy! 12yo left handed daughter is in need of a catchers glove. Looking to buy one that is already broken in. TIA!

Not a money thing at all, but really appreciate the offer. She's played first base all her life, but decided to give catcher a go kind of last minute. Just wanted one that is broken in to give her a better chance of performing well and making the team. Left handed catchers are pretty rare. I found one to borrow for her try out a few minutes ago, so will update the post to only looking to buy now.barstoolexpert said:
I'm slightly confused by this post. Are able to afford a new glove? That would seem a lot easier than trying to find a left-handed one to borrow on such short notice.
If this is a money thing… I'd be willing to chip in. I bought a new glove around that age and played with it through my senior year. Let's not let an equipment thing prevent your daughter from playing some ball.

I'm lefty and caught my daughter through hs so it's pretty broken in. Thing is, I've not worn it in about 12 years, she's class of '12. I'll look for it.
