Good luck with sale! Would love to buy it but I am waiting on the sale of my house. Might be awhile unless you are looking for a nice house with 9 acres out in the country with plenty of deer, hogs, bobcats, fox, coyotes and trash pandas.

Franklin School district, Custom Home 4 br with office, 2.5 bath, Cathedral ceiling in living room, massive kitchen island with custom tile, massive darkwood hood, workshop and covered parking all together. White board and batten Hardie plank, concrete stained floors, massive windows in living room and craft/extra bedroom, propane stove top and tankless water heater, massive 6ft Kohler soaker tub, Dual-head walk-in shower. Celebration Bermuda lawn and much more. Lots of wildlife, currently on wildlife ag exemption.
Located near the Navasota River. About to hopefully shoot a good size 10 pointer in the morning. Killed 2 hogs last Friday, saw 3 bobcats couple days ago, neighbor killed a coyote today. Great place to run your business from, plenty of room to expand.

Yeah, I guess proper terminology is DPF. Has the DPF been deleted and replaced with a straight pipe, and/or the EGR been deleted? Are body mounts original?

No delete..if I was keeping it that would have been my next move.

I replaced mounts a couple years ago.
