Beamer's list is 100% above board. Anyone can sign up, and he's offering it publicly with the full knowledge of his employer - who is likely also aware of where the proceeds go.

Any comparison between Beamer's program and what Fran has done is ludicrous.

A 10 year old with web publishing software could run that site with a very small service provider contract. The vast majority of whatever the amount is, was going somewhere, but it wasn't coachfran.com

With good lawyers it sure could. Or at least a settlement.

Also, contract can be terminated if Fran were to:
"(d) knowingly engage in, support, or tolerate any action violative of any governing constitution, by-law, rules, regulation, policy or procedure of the Conference, or the NCAA, or the UNIVERSITY."

1. He had a secret newsletter going out where he continually bashed players and gave away information that would be a gamblers dream. Very Shady.

edit: O and he didnt think it would be controversial that he released a private letter stating that our recievers are either to slow or not very good. Yeah that wouldnt be controversial for the team to find out what Fran really thinks of them. How pathetic

2. He didnt disclose this to the AD who when found out "suggested" he shut the newsletter down. Even more shady

3. Felt the need to keep it secret from everybody.
