You have some balls, I'm not sure how big they are. A&M Football fans are proud people, we may not be at the level of an OU or Miami, but thats what a real fan does. No matter what happens any given year I will always be an AGGIE and proud of it.

The only fair way to compare the two teams is on the field. The two have had 1 common opponent each of the past 2 seasons. In 2003 it was Oklahoma and in 2004 it was Tennesse. In 2003 OU beat Bama 20-13 and beat A&M 77-0. In 2004 UT beat Bama 17-13 and beat A&M 38-7. You decide for yourself.

TXAGBQ76 that is one of the most ignorant statements you ahve ever made. Bryant is a Bama Alum so we certainly didn't borrow him from you. We have done nothing before?? We had 5 National Championships before Bryant. Since Stallings, outside of sanctions, we have had an SEC Championship in 1999 and another 10 win season in 2002. I ask you..how many National Championships does A&M have? When was the last time A&M won a conference title...1997/1998 maybe? And ya'll haven't had sanctions on your program. So please stop belittling the tradition of Bama when you know absolutely nothing about it.


In addition over the last 6 years Bama's record....40-34. Texas A&M's record 40-32. Pretty simliar if you ask me. I am not trying to demean A&M football but I will defend Bama football. I admit the past few years Bama has not been its normal self, but we do have a winning tradition so please respect that.

The fact is, Bama and A&M have always been linked by great coaches and great traditions. It does neither any good to trash the other. The future at both schools is bright.

A few observations from this thread:

1: If we are going to have backwater bama fans posting here, STAFF needs to install a spell check option for all posts. Their internet grammar is worse than their inbred, redneck southern drawl.

2: If we are going to have Alabama "fans" here, we should probably define "joke" for them, as they all seem to have fallen asleep during Junior year when Professor Gradma Ethal was defining 1st grade grammar.

3: No one has wished harm on your silly state you ignorant, sister schluping bamans. It was simply an attempt at humor brought fourth from a coincidence of a circumstance. Nothings in relation to Alabama. I could care less about Alabama. Just as long as they dont come over here and act like we owe them something or that we should be friendly towards them after their actions.
