I'm not disagreeing with you, just trying to be informed. I understand the bouncing thing being cheating, but pushing with their legs when they are doing bench press? How does that help you lift with your chest and triceps? It maybe changes the angle of the lift, but if the angle doesn't make it easier then I don't understand how it is cheating. As far as squats, a lot of atheletes don't go less than 90 degrees because it pushes your knees out farther than your toes. I consider 90 degrees a full squat, along with a lot of other people. Out of curiousity, what do you mean 1/2 squat?
