I wonder if Rick Perry '72 would be interested in possibly using whatever influence he has to supervise this process...
It would also be nice to hear that the towing company is furthermore retroactively responsible for reimbursing all of the other people that have [been] screwed in the past. If they do this thing on a regular basis, maybe victims from past incidents could get in on this lawsuit, or a seperate one and redeem money that they parted with long ago. It's one thing for the company to have to forego the money they had illegally charged, it's another thing for them to have to shell out money they thought was theirs to begin with.
They shouldn't just have to drop the financial charges against the people whose cars they stole, they should lose money on this deal and hopefully serve jail time as well.
And the church that we go to doesn't focus on money at all. They pass the collection plate during Sunday service, but that's about all you'll hear about the subject. I have heard of some churches where after they pass the plate, the preacher gives a guilt sermon and they pass it again. The only excuse for double-dipping like that is if the church is in financial jeaopardy. The preacher of this church should be held accountable as well, I just wonder if his congregation is aware of these practices.
And what's the deal with AJ's towing? If Elite is the 2nd most questionable towing company, how bad is AJ's?
