When someone comes through unblocked it's pretty hard to say it was a bad call. That's bad execuaion. If he goes for 5 yards no one has anything to say.

Why is it allowed for the Tech O line to move around and turn around when Cumbie is making adjustments.

Why wouldn't that be a false start? Or do you have to actually move forward?
