I'll say this - my junior and senior year of college (06/07 seasons) we had no business beating texas and pulled it off both times.

Weird things happen - especially when bad QB play is involved (Arch has a lower QB rating than Mateer).

Unranked OU beat them. The game should be electric and these games always are a toss-up.
I was thinking that tu probably felt more pain Saturday than us. We knew we were already in hospice care but tu got kicked in the stomach by an unranked team in a wild ending and OU is still unranked.

I was a freshman in the ticket line when with 8 people in front of me when the tickets sold out. A news crew was covering it.

We had 2 yell leaders come to G Rolley White and when we won hundreds of us poured into Kyle as the *****n fans were trying unsuccessfully to get out. We pushed ahead and the sips had to take it. In that game we rushed tu's cannon and set it off when we scored.
The next year was in Austin and I was sure we'd get outscored but won by like 3 touchdowns. We tried to fire their joke of a cannon but got our arse handed to us - they weren't having that.

I was at that game!!!

They would have to lose a couple more and get dropped from playoff contention and not care about the game for that to happen. Even then, would still be a struggle with our offense. Reed will have to be injured to see another QB play.
