TJE is the top recruiter per numbers with Cushing coming in 7th. The fact that our top two recruiters are tops in the country and coach the DL and OL gives you some indication of the direction our teams are heading under Elko. Combine that w/ having the best S/C coach and we are building a strong team from the trenches out. We have great coaches and great recruiters on this staff.

And now that Erob is on our srsfff he's probably our best recruiter.

Dude just flat out gets it done , might be the best recruiter as an assistant in the entire country

It's no wonder we are killing it on the trail

And Elko is a flat out closer

It's amazing to me that recruiting was one of the concerns when we hired Elko. That hasn't been an issue at all. Now we have guys that can recruit and develop these prospects.
