This is what On3 attempted to do. This is their basketball methodology and you will see this has minimal claims to actual information…

These numbers are all made up. The only people that know what a player is getting paid is the player, his agent, and whoever is paying him.

And Deloitte? Or is the thought that we're now doing million dollar handshakes under the table?

Not under the table, but these are private contracts.

Did something change from the time that all NIL contracts must pass through the Deloitte clearinghouse?

I've heard rumors that supposedly A&M paid up to $30M for the 2022 class. Some guy told me, last name Bread.

Suggest checking NIL tracker 2026.

The methodology (from one of the links above) is ESTIMATED value of the roster. Actually has nothing to do with actual NIL dollars being paid. It is, apparently, a guess as to what the roster would be worth on the open market, based on NIL money paid to other players of similar talent and production.

So. worthless But hey, it's May, and something to read.

Damn, we have 4 SEC teams spending more than us and wouldn't you know we have to play 2 of them every year and also have the other 2 on our schedule this year

Goes to show. It's not the amount that counts so much as how you spend what you have.

Copy that. According to ON3, 3rd best transfer class for 2026 but who knows. I feel like we have been among the top 5 spenders consistently since the beginning of NIL starting with the 2022 class but again, as one poster said, stats like NIL spending rankings are not anywhere close to reality..

Try to donate just to one sport and see what happens.

We should optimize our potential in baseball with NIL, buy the best players on the planet. Of course football is the big ticket item but follow the Jerry Jones Dallas Cowboy model knowing we have fans that will continue to support that team with cash.
