Bad timing but Miami.

North Carolina State, Duke and App State. I have family that went to NC State. They live in Cary NC. I have been to all of those stadiums. Beautiful areas. Miami is my rooting interest in the playoffs.

Notre Dame

100% Irish Catholic on both sides on my family.

A&M and Notre Dame are 1a and 1b for me, no side teams.

If I had to choose between them in the championship, I'd just be happy I was guaranteed a Natty.

But in the end, I'd choose A&M because we've been longer without a National Championship.

Army because I served in the Army from 2006-2011 and whoever is playing Texas.

Texas Tech- I live in Lubbock area and I know a few of their coaches. But, I don't lose any sleep over anything I can't control. Sports are strictly a form of entertainment.

They are most certainly our rival and we should have never played them while they were not in the SEC. Your logic is extremely flawed.

Before we joined the SEC, I rooted for Florida. I have a lot of family in Florida. I liked Tebow as a player and I liked that they had a star player with the same last name as me. Unfortunately, that player was Aaron Hernandez and we know how that eventually ended up. Oof.

I lived in State College for a bit, was engaged to a Penn State alum who I share a child with, and have several friends that root for Penn State and invite me to games/tailgates, so I root for them too. What I really want is for A&M and Penn State to play each other, whether in the postseason or home & home.

This postseason, I am on the Miami bandwagon. My cousin lives in Miami and roots for the Canes. She and her boyfriend, also a Canes fan, work in sports media and have been getting special access during their run. She visited Aggieland for the first time for the CFP game and was just at the Cotton Bowl. She has been sending me some cool pics and videos from the field and the sidelines. Her group was very complimentary of our fanbase and the atmosphere at Kyle, especially considering the early game time and the cold wind. One of her coworkers (smoking hot Cuban) jokingly said "What is wrong with you guys!? Why are you all so nice? We came here looking to talk **** but we can't because you all are saying Welcome and Good luck!" If they make it to the title game in their home stadium, they are getting me a ticket. And if they win, that party is going to be INSANE. So GO CANES!

I'm actually thinking Ole Miss because it would be funny as hell for them to win after what Kiffen did.

I have them as a "side team" because its my favorite place to vacation. In the process of planing my 6th visit. Ive never been to Eugene however but I'll go to a game either the upcoming season or in 2027

My dad went there. If I could get accepted there I wouldn't be an Aggie.

Used to sort of root for LSU because of Louisiana family ties, and had been to a few games in Tiger Stadium.

Have gone to a lot of UH games, also because of family, so maybe they count. I at least clap for them when I'm at games.

I don't have a side team but for the rest of this season I'll be pulling for Ole Miss.

Mizzou. Most all of my wife's family graduated from Mizzou and are Missourians. I like Oklahoma State as well. Some great friends are Poke grads as well as family members. That's a good pair of fanbases that hate the Pigs like I do.
