Getting Coleman is a damn good idea. We can, and should, make it happen. But don't we first have to sell him on the idea that we'll actually have an accurate passer to get the ball to him?

Marcel had 2 of the top 5 WRs in the SEC last year.

Recruits are infinitely more reasonable than this board is.

We are going after Coleman and have as good of a chance as anyone. Maybe the early favorite.

We will also be going after a RB, TE, OL, DL, LB, and DBs. Basically, everything other than QB, which some will be fixated on living in their own little fantasy land.

He picked Auburn over those schools. Different strokes different folks...

I have not heard that. Some, including Auburn mods, think we have the early edge.

Others think it's between us and texas.

But you never really know.

False. Bussey just needs to have the ball thrown to him when he's running around wide open. And in a way that doesn't force him to go circus acrobat to have a chance at catching it.

Rotation at the hips is a HUGE part of what WRs do now. Those acrobat (back shoulder) catches are becoming the norm. Im on the fence with Bussey, but really want him to succeed. As mentioned several times above, Reed fed Craver and KC enough that both maintained or improved their "status".

No reason to think Reed can't do that for Bussey if he will step up and secure the 1 or 2 spot at WR.

Cam was high in A&M coming out of high school, gives us some edge but at the end of the day he will likely go to the highest bidder. Need to get one of the high WRs in the portal this year to have a successful 2026, you saw what difference someone like KC made.
