How long do you want to ignore this user?
I am not an X's & O's genius, so someone who is please answer me this.

It appeared that much of the time vs. Utah that all of our db's were in man coverage(the number dependent on Utah's offensive set and our defensive set), yet only the 4 down linemen appeared to be rushing the passer. What happened to everyone else? That leaves atleast one guy(if in dime) or two guys(if in nickel) that weren't doing jack, or were just out of place totally. Can someone explain? They obviously weren't spying the qb as he rain wild. It wasn't that a safety was helping too much over the top either. What's the deal?

Actually no matter the formation it leaves 6 people to rush. Their can be no more than 5 eligible receivers. We could have been in cover 2 man which would have left the 2 safeties to cover deep and then everyone else with a man. However I can not explain what happened Thursday night, I didnt see anything that looked like a normal coverage/blitz scheme. Looked more like chickens running around with their heads cut off...I hope we get better, and fast
