Why would an Aggie care that A&M is a world class research university with excellent networking and career opportunities for former students (and hence is deemed one of the top ROI schools in the country)? Hmm, I dunno.

The thread isnt about what you think? What are you talking about? The thread is about why other fans hate a&m and yall are talking about why you think a&m is swell. Maybe they hate us because we go on irrelevant tangents about why we think we're great but no one else cares about?
I assure you no one not related to a&m says "i have a soft spot for a&m because they have alot of research funding".
