1. We have something like 78,000. There's gotta be a kid on campus that kick field goals in high school. Find him!
2. I've seen people being pretty hard on Reed because he threw the interception and I'm sure he owns that. We were severely lacking in the run game yesterday. The hard thing is I can't understand why. Sure their defense is good (I'm not sure it's great) but for the life of me I can't understand why a guy like Calvin Klein doesn't lineup a full back and bringing in some tight ends and run downhill and start picking up yards. In my mind if we're able to run a single back set and run a guy up through the middle and pick up a few yards then with blocking tight ends and other backs in the backfield or tightens in the backfield, we should be able to runoff tackle and get five or six. I'm not just talking about the last play the game either or the last series of the game. Miami did exactly what they wanted to do and that was make us one dimensional. I don't really feel like it had to be that way. At one point, we lined up in some kind of shotgun wishbone and I thought finally we're gonna run the ball downhill and then we shifted out of it. We have to be able to run the ball next year! This is also something I hope we can figure out with the new coaching staff and/or the portal.
