For the Missouri game. The downfall started in the first half of South Carolina inexplicably, and even after pulling off that historic comeback in the second half, the swagger was just gone. The team's momentum flat-out died.

Then came the dud at Texas, especially that disastrous second half.

But yesterday was the worst yeta complete four-quarter collapse."

Reed can't be relied on…the Heisman campaign was a complete joke and laughable…

maybe a good running back but not a championship caliber QB, by any stretch

I'm really struggling with all the comments on here that found the collapse inexplicable. It was clear what Reed was from Day 1 (a decent runner but an average QB), and while I think we proved you don't need an elite QB to compete if you have a great D, it was clear that the collapse was coming.

When Reed started to get heisman talk, the season ended

When you play good teams you cannot have a predictable offense

QB is the only position that passes the ball. Great QB's have to be good accurate passers. If they also have wheels that is a big plus. A great runner that is not an accurate passer will never be a great qb. Reed's accuracy is not going to improve at this point.
I hate tu. It's in my blood.

Reed is inconsistent in every game. Our explosive plays vs bad teams sometimes cover it up.

If he's our QB, we will never win anything that matters.

Alabama couldn't generate explosive plays against LSU, Missouri, or Auburn.

Your take is really stupid.

I agree. But I still wish we threw more deep passes that our receivers could adjust to. We had some success there.

The highlight of the late season was a comeback against a terrible USCe.
