We will likely never ever be in the situation we had this season. It was as if the gods gifted us and we lost all of it because Klein.
Somehow we got lucky playing two big name teams that are in down years and most of college football considered overrated and lucky to be in the playoffs conversation. Miami and Notre Dame. We squeak out wins against both teams.
We then by the gifts of gods have a conference schedule against all the bottom half teams with none having a winning conference record. How does that happen????
Our only game against an upper half team with a winning record is a weak Arch Manning team which is perfect for us. Instead of winning, Klein gets cute and totally blows that game for us. We are the better team.
Then we get to play a mid talent overrated Miami team in the playoffs at home. And we crap the bed because of Klein.
This season has no clear top alpha team in the CFP. Even Tortilla Tceh has a legit chance to win it all. This was our season. It all lined up. We simply failed.
No trophies for our trophy case. No banners. No new additions to our football championship wall. Nothing to show for it. Our best chance since 1939 given to us and we have nothing to show for it except a bunch of Get Ready With Me Yell Leaders video clips.
Next year won't be so easy to I am guessing. Please convince me that we will win the SEC next year.
