We had the HC for K state calling our plays instead of OC for the Aggies.
Reeds foot work is an issue when he hears footsteps.
Coaching and maturity will improve it.

Teams finally figured out Marcel Reed isn't any good and sold out against the run
If you're going to promote within, why not say adios to Klein and let the new guy coach.

Klein's called same plays versus sippy that he has for last 5 seasons. Miami schemed well plus 30 MPH winds.

We have a wide receiver playing quarterback. He did the best he could do. When did we last have a great quarterback. I'll wait! When did we last have an all American linebacker. I'll wait! We probably did the best best we could have done with what we had. There are only a few coaches that do more with less.

It's also possible nd was not that good either. There schedule wasn't exactly killer.

Klein has never been able to win against Texas and Miami figured out his offense by the end of the first quarter.
Marcel is getting all the blame (and he deserves a lot of it) but Klein is not an elite OC.
I don't care how bad your qb is. When you can only muster 3 points at home in the biggest game in 85 years, there's a deeper issue there.
But so many on this board want to absolve Klein of blame.

Seems to be working fine for some other teams who are losing OC's and DC's that are moving to new gigs.

When teams force Reed to actually be a QB, we're toast.
All he's gotta do is complete some passes. He whiffed on several easy throws today.
Complete some balls, defense has to respect it, which then opens up the run game.
Yep. Miami watched one tape and that was the Texas game . Spy the entire game with athletic lb's and drop 7. Watch the mistakes unfold .

Why the hell is a college QB like Reed nervous at games 12 and 13 of the season as a sophomore, after going 11 straight wins?
Why is he that susceptible to nerves, and if he is, why isn't there a suitable replacement?
These are questions the coaches better answer for next season. Either train Marcel up or find someone else. Either way, this is a coaching failure.
Simple. Last two opponents are actually good teams.
Because we actually played teams with a pulse. Our results and 11 wins were inflated due to playing average at best teams
