He would be a great hire. However he is also a fantasy hire, as it is extremely doubtful that he would leave the NFL for a similar position here.

If only Billy could have done an interview with him when he was playing here and got him to commit to coming back and coaching one day like he did with Marcel

I sure hope Elko snags both a QB coach and WR coach. Maybe one in the same. Wiggons is OC and this needs his full attention. He should not also be a position coach IMO.
