There's a lot of people who go to college for 7 years!

I love it that people want to be outraged by some guy playing extra football at some small school they will never watch.

Right. Its not like he is taking the spot of some underclassmen who may have a future at said school or even another school. Poor old TJ has only had 6 years to get a degree and a real job but, by all means, lets give him a 7th.

Yeah, nothing to get worked up about. Good for him if he can get some NIL money somewhere since he's not destined for the NFL.

But it certainly seems like the youth sports kid (or dad) who bounced around teams, always blaming the previous coach on whatever issues he had.

Does college football have a pension plan?

Not a bad idea. Schools could offer annuities to players to incentivize them for sticking around.

I guess that kid can do what kids have been doing since the beginning of time. Show up and beat out the old man for a job. Easy.

The years of eligibility limit will go the way of player compensation bans. Players will be able to play in college as long as they want and the full transition to full NFL minor league will be complete.

Are we still pretending this isn't the minors?
