So you're saying to bet the farm...
Lost the family farm on the Texas game. All I have left is the kids college money…time to dance!

Does SpreadsheetAg ever predict an A&M loss?
Or is he also posting for likes and views?
Either way, thanks for the work and it is fun to read.
I think we will beat Miami but lose to OSU.
2023 was a bummer of a season... I predicted 3 losses and we lost all 3
last year, predicted a loss to t.u. at home, and we lost
....
2022; however, was awful for the formula... predicted we'd beat SCe, UF, and Auburn - we lost all 3... predicted we'd lose to LSU and we won 38-23...

Both teams are evenly matched statistically so I went and checked the average rank of offenses and defenses faced by both programs and found they are roughly equal so these stats are definitely a good measurement tool.
Digging a little deeper, found:
A&M faced three offenses better than Miami and won all three; faced one defense (Mizzou) better than Miami and won it. Miami also faced three offenses better than A&M and won all three, they have not faced a defense as good as A&M (closest was ND).
Miami usually wins the turnover battle and both their losses happened when they also lost on turnovers. Of course, A&M lost the turnover battle to tu but the overall play of the team on both sides of the ball impacted the outcome more than turnovers.
Will be dogfight. Glad this is a home game for us!

You Aggie fans really need to have faith in your team.

What a salty defense. Will we be able to run the ball?
This is the defensive end showcase game of the year. There will have been no other game played this year with edge rushers better then the combined A&M and Miami duos.
Howell is likely the best of the bunch, but Miami has a strong 1-2 punch, with Bain and Howell probably 1 and 2 in the nation. Stewart is excellent, not just as elite as the other 3.
Either team will have trouble coming from too far behind for the win with those pass rushes.
These are two very evenly matched teams.
If Moss is back and healthy, I give us a very slight edge.
We need some help from special teams and our defense to get points.
I fear that the game will come down to a missed A&M FG or two.
The one glaring weakness in Miami's schedule is that they have not had an away game anything like what they are going to get at Kyle on Saturday. Their biggest away game win this year was at Pitt.
I watched that game, and Miami looked to be susceptible to the deep ball if the QB had time. If Reed can pull out some Razzle-Dazzle scrambles into deep balls, that could break things open.
This is not a gimme win. This would be a huge win against a great team.
I like that this game features both teams that beat ND. And, we beat them in back-to-back games, which is pretty sweet.
Super, super excited.
