Yale Lary: Defensive Back for the Detroit Lions (19521964), 9-time Pro Bowler, and two-time NFL Champion. Inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1979.

Gotta think that the HOF membership puts him pretty much near the top.

Von and Myles are both locks to be in the HOF, and they are both better than a white defensive back from the fifties.

yes … JH almost never missed a tackle… Wallace and Hartis on edges … both fast as hell.,, think Chet brooks should be included and think he WAS the leader of original crew
