Please explain not blitzing in the 2nd half like we have all year. We put pressure on Manning in the first half and he couldn't do anything. He ran up the middle when we rushed 3 or 4 and dropped everyone else which was not our typical approach.

I actually think it can be a combination of brong possibly in a better spot with 6-7 seed.

I also think CK was trying to get Reed in the Heisman race full on by dropping in the pocket over and over.

3 weeks off probably sounded pretty good at half with Reed and his ankle.

I don't usually get into conspiracies and I don't think that this happened but I did notice what you're saying to be true.

My take on the offense is the same as it was in the offseason.

If our answer to every question a defense asks is Marcel Reed, we're in trouble.

It's why losing Moss was such a big deal. Moss gives us the thunder that matches Reed's lightning. I said in the offseason we need a big QB package. We need another 225+ RB because if Moss gets dinged (and he did) our offense drops off significantly. It's because Moss doesn't bail defenses out. He doesn't panic and run into DLinemen. He doesn't fall down when he's not even or barely touched. He makes defenders quit because he's so hard to deal with. I have no idea why our RB rotation is what it is, but I don't like Owens as RB1. And I hate not having a diverse skill set at the position.

Hopefully Moss is back and 100% for the playoff run.

Our lack of commitment to establish the run to start the game, ANY GAME, is so frustrating. You have an oline that's experienced supposedly one of the best around, but the plays that are called seem scared to rely on them. Why?

Elko talks about a blue-collar mentality, but his offensive playcaller calls games like he's calling a flag football game. Remember when we ran the ball down Florida's throat for 50 yds, 8 mins in the 4th? Where is that attitude? This offense doesn't have any NASTY to it. It's all pretty and cute.

It was absolutely intentional to lose to Texas. It is also the right thing to do until the stupid conference championship games come to an end.

As it turns out, we may have just not been that good at the end of the season, particularly due to poor QB play.
Hoping Marcel can grow as a passer/dual-threat qb and our new OC uses him for the athletic QB he is, not try and mold him into something he isn't. Time will tell
