Back in the 80s they tried to tell A&M that Parsons couldn't bring the cannon to memorial stadium because 2 years earlier the staff and patients in the nearest hospital complained. I believe there was a letter sent pointing out that they shot their little cannon (loaded with shotgun shells) at each game, so that seemed a bit ridiculous of a reason

It was around that time we also loaded cotton into the PMC cannon. Flaming cotton shot from a 3" howitzer over their artificial turf! Maybe that had more to do with it! The rivalry was pretty wild back then, A&M dominated for over a decade, and it was GLORIOUS!!

Seems like a good time to introduce "Rev, The One Eyed Insult Comic Dog" in a pre game video.

As much as I want her there, the mama bear in me would also worry about their trash fans throwing bottles and trash at her. They are a bunch of petty, nasty folks and don't deserve to even get to see her.

Why can't we do the old school Ag rivalry thing and sneak her in in a box. I mean, we have an entire school full of quality engineers and people that "get **** done". There is a reason I go out of my way to work with Ags in my business. Because they are reasonable and make things happen.

I need to add, maybe we can get Aggieland Outfitters to donate to the NIL fund if the dog sh*t was placed on their longhorn logo's forehead, so that it looks like the Aggieland Outfitters logo.

Normally, yes, unless there is a rule or logisitic reason not to. For instance, Notre Dame doesn't allow any live animal mascots. Florida doesn't have a room or place to go that is cool and out of the sun in case she gets overheated, etc. Last year she went to South Carolina, Auburn, Mississippi State, and also Arkansas at JerryWorld and the Bowl Game. The only away game she didn't go to was Florida. A&M was not the only place Bevo hasn't been allowed due to space in the last year. The SEC championship, the Peach Bowl, and Ohio State also denied due to tight sidelines in the stadium.
