This one won't be easy, but I do think we take control late in the third, and step on their necks from there with some long, clock-eating drives. Good guys by 10.

Ohio State - L
Florida - L
Kentucky - play away from L
MSST - play away from L
Vandy - onside kick recovered inches OB or else possible 3rd OT game.
Georgia - L
This is not the resume of a "not bad" team. However, even if those close Ls actually were Ls, I will never be confident in a sip game.

Plus the SEC probably believes it's better to have Alabama and Georgia in the title game.

Idiot. They just don't want to be disappointed. Like history has shown for decades to be let down.usmcbrooks said:
Because, some people are still desperately waiting for their I told you so moment. They want so badly to remain miserable with BAS to make themselves happy. It is beyond comprehension why they cannot be happy with an 11-0 record and have just a bit of optimism for 12-0. I guess they thrive on negativity.

Yes. OP licks windows on the shortest bus.SteveA said:

you know it's just a defense mechanism for disappointment. A weaker team implosion (South Carolina) is very Aggie and would be BAS. If this Texas game was just another big game (say Georgia) and lost, not super BAS. But because this is Texas, there is BAS.usmcbrooks said:Tex117 said:usmcbrooks said:

Oh good, let's resort to name calling. They absolutely are waiting for that I told you so moment, it was very evident during the uscE game. I for one have been following A&M since 1987 when my first family member went there. I have been disappointed for 38 years, I will not be this year!

This right here. By history, which I suppose is BAS.
I've seen this all before. The hype and talk of how we're going to dominate only to watch a game that is the opposite, watching the horns play at their best, and calls that seem in their favor.
When I started school the sentiment passed down from older Ags was we always beat Texas, which was true at that time. We suffered one loss in eleven seasons. Well, we lost my first year ('95) and proceeded to win 5 and lose 13.
I have not seen very much success against Texas and it doesn't seem all that strange to worry.
But, yes I agree with Elko that we cannot judge this team by history and teams past.
