During one of our bye weeks, my wife and I went to the Valley to watch our son kick against utRGV. He kicks for Texas Wesleyan.

I've had conversations with Coach Earley and pre-retirement with Coach G to start expanding our reach.

Texas A&M Football is the first NCAA team to be broadcast live over international airwaves. In addition to being broadcast by La Jefa 102.7FM in Aggieland (sister station to WTAW and The Zone), we are broadcast in the State stations of Monterrey, Nuevo Leon Mexico - a city with a population of over 5M people via Radio Nuevo Leon, Deportes 28, Viva FM, La Nueva 1510AM.

American Football is huge in Monterrey with kids starting to play as young as three (3) years old - I played for Club Aguilas growing up.

We have heard from listeners in Italy (Tuscany), Central and South America, Spain in addition to listeners in Mexico.

We are working in expanding our reach into Mexico City the largest audience in the Western Hemisphere.

I have a venti medicine ball from starbucks the morning of a game and the morning after. After broadcasting a game, a nice whiskey neat.

My son who is currently kicking for Texas Wesleyan asked me that same question growing up.

I could use "Anotacion" however I grew up playing and shouting "Touchdown" in Mexico.

I've always loved listening to Spanish radio calls for all sports, even as a gringo. Especially my Cowboys, Astros and Aggies!! Thanks for helping to spread Aggie athletics around the world!
